BRIDGELINK FOODS FZCO is a Dubai free-zone trading company specialising in chilled & frozen beef, lamb, poultry and seafood. We supply restaurant groups, retail chains, processors and distributors with traceable, cold-chain-assured protein — sourced from approved plants worldwide.
BRIDGELINK FOODS – FZCO was established in 2026 in the IFZA free zone of Dubai Silicon Oasis, holding a trade licence issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).
We keep it simple: move reliable protein from verified plants into our clients' cold stores — at a controllable cost and a delivery date you can plan around. Leveraging Dubai's position between Europe, Asia and Africa — Jebel Ali Port, Dubai International Airport and bonded cold storage — we connect supply from Australia, South America, South-East Asia and Europe with demand across the Gulf, China and wider Asia.
Our team brings long-standing experience in international meat and seafood trade — including China customs import-approval lists, Halal certification systems, letters of credit, documentation and customs clearance. We handle full-container wholesale as well as consolidated LCL, buying-agency and consignment stock services, so mid-sized buyers can access container-level pricing.
In frozen protein trading, the difference shows up after the container lands — not on the quote sheet.
We only work with plants on China customs import-approval lists and with certified Halal slaughter lines. Every lot traces back to an establishment number and production batch.
Reefer containers, bonded cold stores and refrigerated last-mile delivery — all temperature-logged. We hand over the temperature curve and loading photos on arrival.
Certificate of origin, health and veterinary certificates, COA and Halal certificates travel with the goods. We know Middle Eastern and Chinese port procedures.
FOB, CFR and CIF terms with FCL or consolidated LCL options. Quarterly price locks or spot pricing — whatever smooths your raw-material cost.
Every line can be tailored to your nominated plant, grade, cut specification and packing format.

LAMBPrimarily New Zealand and Australian lamb: 6-way carcass, bone-in and boneless legs, French racks, shoulders and spine — suited to hotpot, grilling and braising.
POULTRYWhole birds and portion cuts on a steady programme. Halal slaughter and processing can be arranged — built for group catering, QSR chains and processors.
SEAFOODVannamei and tiger prawns, basa, hairtail, croaker and squid — sea-frozen or land-frozen, with net weight and glaze percentage made to order.

VALUE-ADDEDLC issuance and negotiation, trade-term structuring, import-eligibility and labelling review, plus customs broker coordination — cutting the hidden cost of cross-border buying.

Full container means one 40 ft high-cube (roughly 25–27 t depending on the product). Consolidated orders start at 5 tonnes; selected seafood lines can be grouped from 1 tonne.
Preferred: irrevocable L/C at sight. We also accept T/T (30 % deposit, 70 % against B/L copy) and D/P. Credit terms can be discussed for recurring partners.
FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP to all major ports. Quarterly or half-yearly price locks are available, as is spot pricing — locks require an agreed volume band and shipment window.
Stock lots ship in 7–15 days; made-to-order in 25–45 days. Sea transit is 12–35 days by lane (Australia → Jebel Ali ≈ 18–22 days; → major Chinese ports ≈ 15–25 days). Air freight runs 3–7 days for samples and urgent top-ups.
Frozen goods stay at −18 °C or below throughout; reefer containers are sealed after set-point, and we hand over the temperature curve plus loading photos. Chilled lines run at 0–4 °C in vacuum or modified-atmosphere packs, usually by air.
Yes. By default we use certificates from recognised bodies in the exporting country (e.g. AFIC in Australia, FIANZ in New Zealand, JAKIM-recognised bodies). We can also arrange slaughter and supervision under your nominated certifier, with costs agreed in advance.
Yes. Give us the establishment number, cut diagram, weight tolerance, lean ratio and packing format and we produce to spec — or we can shortlist 3–5 approved plants for you to compare.
Yes — typically 1–5 kg sent by air. Sample and freight costs are usually borne by the buyer, and the sample fee is credited against the value of the confirmed bulk order.
The plant must be on China customs' import-approval list, and the shipment needs an official health certificate, certificate of origin, composition/COA report and a Chinese label proof. We verify the establishment number before contract and help prepare labels and paperwork.
Send photos, the temperature log and a third-party inspection report within 7 days of arrival. Where the fault is ours — temperature abuse, off-spec goods or missing documents — we resolve it by return, replacement or price adjustment, as set out in the contract's claim clause.
Quotations normally returned within one business day. For urgent requirements, call or message us directly.
